Founding Enterprise Account Executive
About the Role
A fast-growing, early-stage B2B SaaS company in the AI-native pricing optimization space is hiring its first Enterprise Account Executive. This is a founding role — you'll partner directly with the founders to build and own the enterprise sales motion from the ground up, shaping GTM strategy, creating repeatable playbooks, and closing high-ACV deals that directly influence both product direction and commercial success.
The platform helps businesses transform pricing from a static exercise into a continuously improving, AI-driven system — spanning packaging design, willingness-to-pay analysis, deal quoting, discount governance, and more.
What You'll Do
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end: self-sourced prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close.
• Run consultative discovery with senior pricing and growth stakeholders — CFOs, CROs, CPOs, and Heads of Monetization.
• Carry and accurately forecast an ambitious revenue target while maintaining healthy pipeline week to week.
• Design, document, and iterate the enterprise sales playbook: outreach, qualification, deal structure, commercial terms, and close mechanics.
• Partner with founders on GTM strategy, ICP definition, and positioning; feed real market insight back into product and sales strategy.
• Establish CRM discipline and a consistent operating rhythm for pipeline hygiene, prioritization, and forecasting.
• Sell AI-natively — leverage AI agents and workflows to automate repeatable buyer-journey tasks while focusing human judgment on critical deal moments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and deliver actionable product feedback from live deals to engineering and product teams.
• First 90 days: ramp on the product and ICP, build pipeline via outbound and inbound, close initial deals end-to-end, and begin codifying a repeatable playbook.
What We're Looking For
Required:
• 5–8+ years of enterprise B2B tech sales experience with a strong track record of closing high-ACV deals end-to-end.
• Proven history of self-sourcing pipeline and consistently carrying and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and building consensus up to the C-level.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales-engagement tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) and building automations for repeatable sales tasks.
• Comfort working with AI-driven workflows and directing AI tools in a sales context.
• Strategic and analytical approach to market assessment paired with creative, tactical execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment.
• Professional fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with pricing, monetization, CPQ, or billing solutions.
