Responsibilities
Own and grow the Portuguese hotel portfolio across all regions (excluding Madeira, Azores, Porto & Lisboa), source new hotel partners and diversify the offer, negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners, manage a mixed portfolio of direct contracting relationships and DMC partnerships, pitch and onboard hotel partners, work closely with internal teams (Sales, Content, Marketing) to maximize campaign performance, monitor market dynamics and build proactive action plans, travel regularly to meet partners across Portugal and represent the company at key industry events
