## About the Role I am Tobi Oladeji, the solo founder of TransVoix, and I am hiring my first go-to-market person. TransVoix is a voice infrastructure platform for real-time multi-lingual translation maintaining a speaker's vocal identity with three product surfaces sharing one backend: human-to-human translation for contact centers, AI agent voice surfaces for voice AI platforms, and a public developer SDK with usage-based pricing. The platform is built around C2PA cryptographic voice provenance, BIPA-grade consent trails, HIPAA BAA readiness, and is pursuing a SOC 2 Type I program in 2026 with SOC 2 Type II as a 2027 roadmap goal. It is not a concept. It is a live product in closed beta with 40+ testers, an enterprise pilot in pre-launch with a Y Combinator-backed customer, bootstrapped to date, and patentable architecture currently in active conversation with IP counsel. Where things honestly stand, and the job Here is the honest state. TransVoix is pre-revenue. I have one enterprise pilot in pre-launch. What I do not have yet is a repeatable pipeline behind it, and selling so far has been me. That is exactly the job. I am looking for the person who turns a live product and a first pilot into a real pipeline of signed pilots, and into a repeatable way to win more of them. I am telling you the hard parts on purpose. If "pre-revenue, one pilot, founder-led so far" makes you want to close this tab, this role is not for you, and that is fine. If it makes you want to be the person who builds the pipeline behind it, keep reading. ## A bit about me I built TransVoix myself: the real-time translation pipeline, the voice work, the security architecture, all of it. My background is in cybersecurity, which is why the product is built security-first and compliance-aware from the ground up, the way contact center buyers need. I grew up across multiple countries as the child of a diplomat and I speak four languages. That is the real origin of this product, and the reason it preserves a person's actual voice instead of flattening it. I am currently splitting my time between TransVoix and another role, and I move to full-time on TransVoix later this year. This role exists to own and drive the day-to-day go-to-market through that window and well beyond it. You would be one of my first two hires, alongside a founding engineer. ## What you would own TransVoix has three product surfaces. This role is focused on one of them: human-to-human translation for contact centers. That is where the first pilot is and where I need pipeline now. The AI agent surface and the developer SDK are not your lane in this role, unless there is a strong fit. You build and run the go-to-market motion. In plain terms: - Pipeline generation and outbound. List building, sequencing, cold outreach across channels, qualification, done with your own hands. - Demos and full-cycle ownership of non-defining accounts, from first conversation through scoping and follow-up. - The CRM. There is Apollo and a set of ICP spreadsheets today and nothing else. You stand up a CRM that reflects reality and you keep it honest. - The playbook. The most valuable thing you produce in six months is a documented, repeatable motion: a qualified ICP, a working outbound playbook, a demo flow, an objection-handling library. - Event execution. Target lists, scheduling, and follow-through for contact center and startup industry events. - Mining the free consumer tier for users who work at companies that fit the buyer profile, and turning them into warm leads. I will measure you on a real scoreboard: qualified pipeline generated, pilots initiated, and pilots converted to paid usage. ## How I think about this role This role amplifies my selling. It does not replace it. I stay lead on the defining pilot conversations, because at this stage selling is partly convincing a buyer to take a risk on a young company, and that is my job right now. You build and run the top and middle of the funnel, you run non-defining deals nearly end to end, and you document the motion so it becomes repeatable. I am still the first salesperson here. You are the person who makes that reach further. You are not inheriting a machine. You are building one with me, while I am still proving it. If you want a finished playbook handed to you, you will be unhappy here within a month. ## Who you are - 3 to 7 years in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including real time as a founding or first-commercial sales hire at an early-stage startup. - You have built pipeline from zero, recently, with your own hands. Cold outbound, list building, sequencing, qualification. - Full-funnel. You prospect, qualify, demo, manage pipeline, and help close. You are not a specialist in one slice of it. - A builder of process, not just a runner of someone else's. - Genuinely AI-fluent in how you actually work. You run yourself like a small team using modern tooling for research, list building, personalization, call prep, and follow-up. I will ask you exactly what your stack is and how you use it. - Coachable and fast. My ICP is not locked. You will be wrong, adjust, and re-aim, repeatedly, without taking it personally. - High autonomy. You operate without me hovering. - Credible in a room with a contact center operations leader. - Personable and charismatic. Everyone ultimately just wants to be treated like a decent human being with integrity. ## Strongly preferred, and a real tiebreaker - Direct experience in contact center, CCaaS, telephony, or voice and conversational-AI. If you already know that world's titles, budget cycles, and buying patterns, you start far ahead. ## Who this is not for - A senior VP of Sales from an established company who wants to architect and manage a team rather than build pipeline and run demos personally. - A pure SDR or BDR. This role operates unsupervised and builds the motion, which is a level up from sequencing alone. - A career enterprise AE who has only ever closed warm, brand-supported inbound. Here there is no inbound and no brand yet. - Anyone
