Responsibilities
Orchestrate schedule and operationally plan for programs/project deployments, Support live and virtual event planning, Manage rosters and distribution lists, Collaborate with Program owners to define success metrics, Provide regular metric updates on program calls and quarterly reviews, Track, monitor and manage attendee assignment and completion, Schedule and communicate with program support personnel, Conduct project operational status meetings, Identify project risks and recommend resolutions, Review and deploy communications to the field, Create surveys and analyze results, Monitor and manage support channels for key global programs, Assist with portfolio governance activities including analyzing content and learning assets, Provide relevant backups for Systems team members
