## About the role As the regional portfolio expert, you will be the recognized go-to person in your region for Windows commercial portfolio insights and advice, translating roadmap, pricing, and positioning into clear guidance Specialists and account teams can act on. You will enable detection and prioritization, supplying the technical and portfolio signal (installed base health, silicon roadmap timing, device fit) that helps Specialists identify platform risk, Mac and other competitive OS switching propensity, and strategic opportunities. You will arm Specialists to shape and inspire, equipping them with L300 Windows, security, AI-readiness, and TCO content, and building the evidence base for envisioning, demos, and business cases. You will drive fix and improve motions, triaging deployment, management, silicon, and device blockers at technical depth and pulling in the right Portfolio, OEM, and engineering resources to drive customer confidence. You will fuel defend and expand, providing compete depth, Windows Advantage positioning, and portfolio and OEM options that Specialists use in deal interventions. You will connect the ecosystem, serving as the trusted bridge between Specialists and our Portfolio, Silicon, and Investments teams and the OEM technical sales teams, establishing clear roles, handoffs, and escalation paths. You will close the feedback loop, acting as the voice of the region and the customer back into the Portfolio team, and channeling regional demand signals, customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and RFP patterns into portfolio, silicon, investment, and go-to-market decisions. ## Requirements - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 3+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience ## What we offer - This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. - Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
