## About the role
Building on this organizational mission, the Global Systems Integrator team works with partners that provide scale and relevance to our customer engagements as they service and sell to our largest enterprise customers. ## Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 10+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
- 5+ years people management experience. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an Advanced Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND 12+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years people management experience.
- Building teams, excelling in every facet of the hiring process of both internal and external candidates including evaluating applicant's qualifications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Performance management of the team, including the ability to clearly set and communicate performance expectations and goals, monitor performance, conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing performance feedback, create developmental plans, and correct performance problems.
- 5+ years experience building and implementing sales strategies, out of the box thinking, and unique approaches to manage pipeline and meet sales goals by reviewing strategic initiatives, joint forecasts, assessing, and mitigating risks, and ensuring strategy alignment with business priorities.
- Demonstrated partner experience in establishing strategic partner frameworks that have driven hundreds of millions in revenue.
- Excel in negotiation and conflict resolution, achieving mutually satisfying agreements in negotiations with others by listening to their objectives, acting as the company's representative to effectively communicate the company's objective, and seeking common ground and collaborative solutions.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, defining, diagnosing, and determining an appropriate resolution.
- Effective written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver clear, accurate, and understandable communications conveying highly complex business and technical information to all audiences.
- Proficient delegator with ability and willingness to pass responsibility for completion of work to other people. This includes the ability to give clear directions and instructions, assign work in specific areas of the department or in specific projects, and monitor completion of work against a predetermined deadline.
- Proven track record of delivering keynote addresses to large audiences and have represented a large organization as a leader.
