Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Shell-branded fuel-station customers, ensuring proper execution of commercial contracts and identifying opportunities for additional volume. Manage fuel and other product and service pricing and margins across the assigned customer portfolio. Support the identification and prospecting of new customers in line with established commercial strategies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular commercial engagement and effective negotiation. Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Coordinate with credit and collections, pricing, marketing, logistics, and engineering teams to address customer needs and support commercial objectives. Analyze the financial health of the customer portfolio and monitor relevant territory KPIs. Identify opportunities and risks within the territory based on commercial and financial indicators. Support the implementation of operational excellence and health and safety standards at customer locations. Ensure that appropriate training, operational procedures, and safety standards are effectively communicated and implemented at fuel stations.
