Responsibilities
Map and document data flows from HR source systems into a Redshift data warehouse; Define and maintain field definitions, data lineage, business logic, data dictionaries, and metric glossaries; Build and maintain dashboards covering metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring funnel performance, DEI representation, engagement, compensation equity, and span of control; Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries in Redshift; Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and People leadership to translate business questions into data models and visualizations; Ensure sensitive HR information is handled according to privacy and access-control requirements; Identify and resolve data quality issues at the source or within the data mapping layer; Support recurring reporting cycles including monthly headcount reviews, quarterly board reporting, and annual compensation reviews
