Summary: 
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide support to our Direct Lending Team across all aspects of their daily work including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, expense reporting, travel arrangements, general organization, and office management. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to multitask effectively, have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.  

This role is in office Monday through Thursday in New York. Fridays are remote.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide executive support to two Senior Managing Directors and a broader team of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Associates

• Manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones

• Investment Committee Governance: coordinating meetings, agendas, materials, attendee management, and post meeting follow up

• Serve as liaison between investment professionals and internal teams (Private Wealth, Institutional Capital, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance)

• Identify process improvements and build scalable administrative workflows

• Support Talent Acquisition with:

• Credit Analyst Program

• Intern Program

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 3+ years of administrative support experience; experience within financial services is a plus

• Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously while managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expenses, and scheduling meetings across large groups

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat DC, and Concur

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and work both independently and collaboratively

• Leverages AI and other technology tools to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity

• Experience coordinating events and delivering seamless administrative support with a strong focus on accuracy and execution

The base annual salary range for this New York-based position will be $90,000 to $110,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
