Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to dental practices, schedule and prepare for monthly/quarterly check-ins with Network Partners, monitor network utilization and prepare basic reports, maintain accurate rate information and Network Rate Sheets, manage inquiries from network partners, collaborate with Project Management and Business Support during network implementation, coordinate with Client Setup Team for network approvals, partner with internal teams to address client needs, maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
