Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP, and design documentation. Lead technical and product sales by recommending best-practice solutions and guiding customers on API usage. Establish trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer technical pains and designing innovative solutions. Build and present complex customer product demonstrations. Identify and resolve issues to improve team efficiency and lead small to medium technical projects.
