Partner with senior clients to develop annual media strategies aligned with business objectives; Lead recurring meetings with client-side leadership on business performance and strategic opportunities; Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders; Drive client satisfaction and retention by identifying needs and risks; Navigate and resolve issues across accounts; Partner with media teams to drive integrated strategies; Serve as connective tissue across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Strategy, Analytics, Data Science, and Creative teams; Ensure teams operate as one integrated media organization; Lead and contribute to strategic responses to briefs; Connect performance across channels and translate analysis into actionable insights; Review cross-channel reporting to ensure cohesive storytelling; Challenge teams constructively when deliverables do not meet standards; Proactively identify opportunities to improve collaboration and operational consistency; Support employee retention and mentor junior team members; Maintain visibility across budgets, pacing, testing, and reporting; Proactively identify risks before they become client issues.
