Develop existing BI customers to meet revenue targets, perform sanity checks on BI contracts (usage/contracts/billing), ensure contract renewals and upsell while limiting churn, provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on BI products, coordinate with Back Office on contract alignment, update and maintain CRM system, manage relationships with customers and brokers, ensure full KYC when necessary
