Responsibilities
Advise and support managers on HR and social law issues; Lead social relations and employee representative bodies (CSE/CSSCT); Manage recruitment and onboarding; Contribute to employee development (training, mobility, talent management); Participate in annual HR campaigns including salary reviews; Monitor disciplinary files, legal disputes, work accidents, and key HR indicators.
