Responsibilities
Build, test, deploy, and maintain multi-channel member acquisition and engagement campaigns; Create standard and moderately complex campaigns and automated journeys using established templates; Manage audience segmentation, trigger logic, eligibility rules, personalization, dynamic content, and A/B testing; Monitor daily campaign health and analyze engagement, conversion, activation, incremental lift, and campaign efficiency metrics; Identify actionable opportunities to improve campaign performance, segmentation, personalization, automation, and conversion outcomes; Own campaign orchestration from initial intake through retrospective, including campaign briefs, workback plans, asset coordination, approvals, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; Build and maintain repeatable AI-assisted project management workflows to keep campaigns on schedule and reduce cross-functional bottlenecks
