## About the Role We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment to lead HR operations for a 15-year-old ITeS business and manage a growing team of 20+ employees. You will also play a key role in building and managing a new team for an emerging software brand. In this role, you will oversee all HR functions, manage recruitment processes, support daily HR operations, and contribute to our On-Demand Recruiter (ODR) services for external clients. ## Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and manage recruitment for entry to mid-level roles using various job boards. - HR Operations: Handle employee records, leaves, engagement, payroll, performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies. - On-Demand Recruiter Services: Oversee recruitment activities for external clients as part of ODR services. - HR Strategy & Culture: Implement HR best practices to support business goals and maintain a positive work environment. - Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated effectively. - Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide support, and maintain a healthy workplace culture. - Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business needs. ## Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles, preferably in a dynamic environment. - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes. - Should be able to pick up the phone and talk. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities effectively. - Proficiency with HR software and recruitment tools.
