Basic knowledge on IP/IT solution 2. Knowledge in healthcare industry, well understand hospital IT infrastructure system 3. Knowledge in healthcare application system and healthcare ecosystem 4. Well known in healthcare industry and has human resource of CHU/GHT CTO/CIO 5. French & English speaking. 6. Strong team work capacity, able to cooperate with healthcare team to work in the project. 7. Open mind and want to challenge himself. ## Business Skills 1. 5+ years work experience CTO/CIO at TOP hospital, experience in CHU/GTH is preferred. 2. Target oriented 3. Strong communication capacity and skills. 4. Experience of member of TOP healthcare association 5.
