## About the Role EPOS is a fast-growing AI-enabled digitalisation company building Southeast Asia's leading SME point-of-sale digitalisation ecosystem. In Singapore, we operate across two commercial tracks: a high-ticket legacy POS solution, and EPOS360 — an all-in-one app-based digitalisation solution built for high-volume merchant acquisition. The Marketing Manager, Singapore will be the day-to-day owner of Singapore marketing execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, International, this person will translate strategy into ground-level delivery — guiding the Singapore marketing team, driving demand generation across both business lines, and ensuring campaigns are executed with discipline and commercial intent. This is a role for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer who thrives on ownership. You will not be waiting for direction on every initiative — you will be expected to make decisions, hold the team accountable, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment. There is a clear growth path for the right person. ## Responsibilities ### Team Leadership & Day-to-Day Execution - Own the day-to-day running of the Singapore marketing team, spanning performance, social media, content, design, and video production - Bridge strategy set by the Head of Marketing and on-the-ground execution — ensuring the team is aligned, unblocked, and moving - Hold team members to a high standard of output and support their professional development - Make decisions independently on execution, escalating only where strategic direction is required ### Demand Generation & Campaign Management - Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns supporting both the revenue and merchant acquisition teams - Manage and optimise paid performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels — with the ability to step into hands-on execution when required - Drive EDM nurturing flows, WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, and direct mail initiatives - Plan and execute sales workshops, merchant events, and activations in support of both commercial teams ### Social Media & Content - Oversee Singapore's social media output — ensuring content is strategically sound, not just on-trend - Work with the social media and content team to raise the quality bar on messaging, positioning, and storytelling - Collaborate with the videographer and design team to ensure assets meet brand and campaign standards ### Performance & Reporting - Own Singapore marketing KPIs — lead volume, cost per lead, merchant acquisition numbers, campaign ROI - Report performance clearly and regularly to the Head of Marketing, with data-driven recommendations for improvement - Continuously identify gaps and inefficiencies in the current marketing mix and propose solutions ## Requirements - 5–7 years of marketing experience, with a meaningful portion in a lead or manager-level capacity - Strong performance marketing foundations — you have planned, built, and optimised paid campaigns, and can read the numbers critically - Experience running demand generation ## Nice to Have ## Benefits There is a clear growth path for the right person.
