## Responsibilities
- Take charge of AWS co-selling actions and GTM strategy in Southern Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, and surrounding markets
- Establish and maintain trust with leaders and field teams of partner and commercial organizations within AWS in the region
- Develop and execute joint business plans, co-selling strategies, and activation programs tailored to Southern Europe markets
- Build the opportunity pipeline, contribute to its acceleration, and generate revenue via AWS, ensuring pipeline and regional revenue forecasts and targets are met
- Collaborate closely with AWS commercial teams, partner marketing, product marketing, and international partnerships at Anthropic to align regional execution with global strategy
- Design and organize customer engagements, marketing moments, and joint commercial activities to accelerate Anthropic adoption on AWS
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to product and GTM teams to guide our positioning in the region
- Lead regional activity reviews with AWS regional leadership and internal stakeholders
## Requirements
- Experience in strategic partnerships, cloud partnerships, or enterprise sales in the enterprise technology sector
- Direct experience in partnership or working within an hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
- Proven experience in building cloud partnerships from scratch, setting up initiatives with little local team or existing playbook
- Knowledge of the business landscape and cloud ecosystem in Southern Europe
- Experience in managing pipeline and revenue goals, with a solid understanding of partner and client economic dynamics
- Comfort in uncertain environments and strong orientation towards action and building
## Nice to Have
- More than 7 years of enterprise technology experience, with significant time spent in roles combining SaaS sales and partnerships
- Excellent knowledge of AWS, particularly (compared to Google Cloud or Azure)
- Experience in a growth-stage startup or startup launch, especially a company that has developed its EMEA presence from a limited base
- Experience working with developer-oriented companies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Datadog) and their cloud partnerships
