Responsibilities
Own end-to-end commercial relationships with a defined portfolio of strategic European partners; Build and maintain joint account plans covering target accounts and commercial objectives; Monitor partnership performance through commercial indicators and take corrective action; Generate qualified leads through partner networks against quarterly targets; Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams; Establish referral and co-selling mechanisms; Design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives; Collaborate with internal sales teams to progress partner-generated opportunities; Identify opportunities where strategic partners become customers; Manage the full commercial cycle for partner-led opportunities; Negotiate partnership agreements and revenue-sharing structures; Expand existing partnerships into additional markets and products; Bring commercial requirements to Product teams; Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics; Represent the organization at industry events; Lead quarterly business reviews and joint planning sessions
