It Workforce Architect

## About the role We are looking for a highly skilled IT Workforce Architect who has experience in MDM (Modern Device Management), Workspace one or Microsoft intune. ## Skills - Practical knowledge of modern device management platform (preferably Omnissa Workspace ONE, but can be similar like Microsoft Intune) [certificate is a plus] - Basic practical knowledge of desktop virtualization, desktop streaming and application streaming (e.g. Omnissa Horizon, Citrix Xen, MS Azure Virtual Desktop) - Experience with platforms like M365 or Google Enterprise in regards to workplace/collaboration and licensing - Development and maintenance of architectural documentation (e.g. high-level design, low-level design, IT standard/policy definition) - Ability to communicate with audience on various managerial levels and technical skills (e.g. CxO level, IT SME/technician, Business counterpart, third-party vendor) - English written and spoken (C1/B2) ## Knowledge - Understanding of modern device management principles and methods - Understanding of Active Directory services (AD, Entra AD) - Basic understanding of Zero-Trust Model - Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management - Basic understanding of architectural framework (TOGAF, IAF, Zachmann etc.) [certificate is a plus] - Basic understanding of ITIL [certificate is a plus) - Basic understanding of Manufacturing/Operational Technology Workplace ## Typical tasks - Designs IT solutions for end-user services (device management, collaboration and productivity platforms) - Standardizes IT or application technology and architecture to enable a globally optimized IT Services - Models IT technologies and architectures, to support particularities of IT Services delivered by the respective Service Unit. - Supports the Service Unit to implement the redesigned technologies and architectures. - Conducts internal assessments of current and future technologies and architectures according to requirements. - Supports the represented Service Unit on automating service management and operations within the global ITSM tooling by evaluating technologies and architectures. - Performs continuous improvement of application technologies and architectures according to Lean Six Sigma methodology. - Revalidates IT technologies, architectures within the Service Unit together with the corresponding T&T organization in case of changes of existing or publication of new technologies, architectures, standards and guidelines. - Involves and leads external consultants when necessary for creating or validating application technology and architecture concepts. - Involves vendors or other third parties when necessary (e.g. for evaluating new global technologies, architectures and standards). - Supports the planning and coordination of PoC's (internal or executed by third parties) analyses the results and recommendations and derives appropriate measures. ## What we offer - Be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that values innovation and growth. - Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. - Opportunity for career growth and professional development. - Remote working flexibility. - Opportunity to work on real world, API driven products - Collaborative and supportive work culture. ## About the company [No content provided in the source text]
