## About the role
The SDR plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing lead qualification, initial customer engagement, product presentation, and coordination between potential buyers and the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless buying experience for high-value clients.
## Key Responsibilities
### Lead Management & Qualification
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase intent.
- Maintain and update the lead database in CRM with complete accuracy.
### Customer Engagement
- Conduct the first level of interaction with potential buyers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, benefits, and product highlights.
### Product Presentation (Demo)
- Provide a strong virtual pitch to prospective buyers and explain the value of the tool
- Assist clients post-sale by handling follow-ups, sharing payment links, coordinating documentation, and supporting customization requirements where applicable.
### Coordination & Support
- Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure high-potential leads are followed up effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for confirmations, pricing discussions.
### Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and customer interactions.
- Track sales funnel movement and identify bottlenecks.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred for senior roles).
- 1–4 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or product specialist role—preferably in SaaS, AdTech, or B2B software.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and buyer psychology.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and presentation tools.
- Bonus: Experience in Amazon Ads, eCommerce, or MarTech platforms.
