We're looking for one person to own how we grow from the ground up. Your job, simply put: build a pipeline of qualified prospects who want to talk to us. How you do that; the channels, the messaging, the sequencing, the experiments; is entirely your call. We'll give you deep product knowledge, market context, and a front-row seat to real sales conversations. The strategy is yours to build. Your KPI isn't activity. It's qualified appointments booked. Perform well here, and the natural next step is you becoming the person who takes those calls. Not as a new hire in a new role, as someone who already knows the pipeline, the prospects, and the problems we solve. We're looking for someone who has either helped scale a B2B SaaS company past its first traction point, or sold solutions into real estate businesses. One of those gives you a real advantage.
