Activation Rep

## About the Role Zingage is the leading AI platform for home-based care. We're growing fast and we need someone who can get prospects into conversations with our sales team — using whatever channel works. We're hiring Activation Reps to own prospect activation. Cold prospects, stalled deals, dead leads — your job is to turn them into live, qualified meetings with our AEs. How you get there is up to you. This role is not for most people and we're upfront about that. The work is hard. The pace is fast. The bar is high. You'll be expected to learn an entirely new market, get in front of real buyers, and figure out how to win — not wait to be told how. Some weeks you'll be traveling. Most weeks you'll be doing things you haven't done before. There is no coasting here. This is a 0 or 100 environment — you're either all the way in or this isn't the right fit. If this sounds like a challenge you're running toward, not away from — keep reading. ## Responsibilities You own: - Getting prospects into qualified meetings with AEs — new outreach and reactivation of dormant pipeline - Your own channel mix: calls, conferences, LinkedIn, events, showing up at a prospect's office. Whatever produces results - A meetings quota measured on quality (meetings that convert to pipeline), not activity ## Requirements You are: - Resourceful. You figure out the best way to get in front of the right person — not just the highest-volume way - Relentless without being robotic. You're persistent because you believe in what you're selling - Comfortable at events, on the phone, and in person. You can work a room - Data-informed — you use targeting and intelligence to prioritize, not just gut feel You are not: - A dial jockey.
