## Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the business within Business Unit INDUSTRY and are expected to both create new business and grow existing relationships over time.
- A central part of the role is to develop, anchor, and drive a rolling three-year strategic plan for your customers, continuously identifying new business opportunities, prioritizing efforts, and ensuring development aligns with both customer needs and the company's technical platform and roadmap.
- You drive business from early dialogue to final solution in production and take full commercial responsibility for your customers and business, with a focus on profitability.
- The role includes negotiating agreements, terms, and business setups, as well as working closely with development, production, and quality to ensure solutions function in practice.
- You ensure customer satisfaction by actively following up on deliveries, handling deviations, and driving improvements in the collaboration over time.
- You engage in dialogues with the customer's technical and commercial teams.
- You identify new opportunities with existing customers.
- You make the first contact with new customers and build relationships from scratch.
- You drive the business through prospecting, pre-sales, sales, development, industrialization, and delivery.
- You ensure customer satisfaction.
## Requirements
- You have built your experience in the borderland between technology and business and thrive in this type of role. It can be as a Key Account Manager or Business Developer in industry, as a consultant with business and customer responsibility, or as an engineer who has taken a step towards more business-oriented work.
- You have an engineering degree in electronics, mechatronics, software, or equivalent work experience.
- You have several years of experience in a similar role within industrial automation, preferably with machine builders, and have established contact networks within the field.
- You have an understanding of technical solutions (e.g., control systems, drive systems, power electronics).
- You are able to both develop existing business and create new business.
- You are comfortable in dialogue with technical experts both internally and externally.
- You speak fluent Swedish and English.
