At Robson Forensic, we understand that exceptional administrative support is the backbone of our success. For decades, our national team of forensic experts has built a stellar reputation in the legal and scientific communities. Now, we're looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our elite Business Staff in our Lancaster, PA office. This position is full-time and in-office, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Not eligible for remote or hybrid working. Individuals with a Legal Assistant background are encouraged to apply. ## Responsibilities - Perform conflict checks and data entry. - Proofread and format documents. - Organize and file case materials. - Work with a ticketing system to manage requests, prioritize, and complete tasks. - Answer phones. - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Perform other administrative duties as required. ## Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Experience: 7+ years of administrative experience; law office experience is a plus. - Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience with a ticketing/case management system (ex. NetSuite, Salesforce, account/client/project management system, etc.) - Skills: - Meticulous attention to detail; accomplish tasks quickly with a high degree of accuracy. - Exceptional data entry, organizational, and file management skills. - Excellent editing and proofreading skills; ability to draft accurate documents. - Strong research skills; quickly locate and compile relevant information. - Work Style: Manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Must have a clean background screen, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive. ## Nice to Have - Legal Assistant background. ## Benefits - Work alongside highly respected experts from both industry and academia. - Unique working dynamic that blends collaboration and autonomy. - Equal Opportunity Employer.
