Account Management INTERN

You seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience. Develops an understanding of the customer's business and technology needs for top priorities for assigned accounts. If industry aligned, also learns about the customer's industry. You orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts. You develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts. Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship Fluent in German, English and Mandarin Chinese Understand both Germany and China manufacturing or robotics or other industry market Experience in account management or technical sales or using technology to drive customer business outcomes. Understand both Germany and China cloud and AI market
