## About the role
Provide strategic calendar and time-planning support for the CVP, using a strong understanding of leadership priorities and operating style to protect focus time, resolve conflicts, manage tradeoffs, and reduce low-value calendar noise. Partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to plan and execute CAPE's rhythm of business, including leadership forums, business reviews, All Hands meetings, people and rewards cadences, and other priority moments; ensure agendas, preparation, decisions, and follow-through are clear. Manage domestic and international travel and executive engagements end to end, including complex itineraries, documentation, customer and partner meetings, Executive Briefings, conferences, speaking engagements, and coordination with security and executive offices as needed. Own executive meeting and event logistics, including scheduling, attendee coordination, rooms and Teams links, audiovisual readiness, catering, briefing materials, notes, action tracking, and resolution of last-minute issues. Operate as part of CAPE's shared administrative support model, enabling clear handoffs and global coverage, following standardized intake and calendar practices, and prioritizing CAPE leadership and all-up business commitments. Support core business operations, including executive expenses and interim approvals, discretionary budget and purchase-order tracking, headcount and recruiting administration, onboarding and offboarding, distribution and security groups, hardware, and space management. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by closing the loop on requests, anticipating risks, simplifying workflows, using data and approved AI tools to improve efficiency, and contributing leadership and mentorship within the Business Support community.
## Requirements
* 5+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets for travel, events, morale, training, or related activities, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated executive presence, conflict resolution, cross-team communication, discretion, and comfort representing a leader and organization with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience directly supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global organization and working with highly confidential information.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, executive events, rhythm-of-business activities, and administrative budgets.
