Responsibilities
Serve as the CRM team's Braze subject matter expert for segmentation, personalization, and orchestration; Establish and maintain CRM processes, naming conventions, and governance standards; Act as the point of contact for Data Engineering and MarTech teams to troubleshoot issues and validate integrations; Identify opportunities for automation to streamline CRM workflows; Partner with teams to improve data pipelines, events, and attributes for personalization; Build and manage segmentation, dynamic content, and automation logic within Braze; Develop reusable templates and modular campaign components; Maintain a reliable source of truth for active and upcoming campaigns; Coordinate priorities for high-priority campaign deliverables; Support the setup, execution, and QA of complex lifecycle campaigns; Perform rendering, link, creative, technical, and deliverability testing; Configure dynamic content and data-driven elements; Execute advertising partner campaigns across email and in-app messaging channels; Promote continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps.
