Responsibilities
Agree and deliver annual revenue targets for the assigned portfolio; Establish strong relationships with assigned clientele and act as the first point of contact for new transaction banking and trade opportunities; Handle complex trade transactions and queries, proposing appropriate trade finance and transaction banking solutions; Conduct wallet assessments to identify new areas for wallet and product penetration; Track assigned portfolio revenues and volumes and monitor performance against planned targets; Cross-sell other flow products, including Treasury; Solicit business and leads through bene-marketing of counterparties; Maintain ongoing client engagement through regular client visits and calls; Ensure professional service execution by liaising with coverage partners, Trade Operations, Financial Institutions, Compliance and other internal stakeholders; Facilitate capability enhancement of Transaction Banking product selling techniques within the coverage team; Keep abreast of recent developments in the local and international business environment and relevant market insights.
