Application Development Support Engineer

Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:
We require hands-on development experience, with demonstrated coding in C#, .NET, and/or Salesforce (Apex, Lightning). We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline. We require 2 to 4+ years of experience in application support or development. We require advanced programming capability in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. We require intermediate ability to learn and work across varied technologies such as Salesforce and .NET. We require intermediate experience with SQL and data querying. We prefer familiarity with APIs and integrations. We prefer experience with root cause analysis and problem management. We value strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. We value the ability to work independently on complex issues. We value strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
We troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex and sometimes ambiguous incidents across applications and integrations. We perform advanced data analysis and debugging to identify the root causes of system issues. We implement configuration updates and lightweight development fixes to restore functionality and improve performance. We own issues from initial diagnosis through resolution, validation, and documentation. We identify recurring system problems and contribute to long-term fixes and process enhancements. We partner with development teams to improve escalations and reduce repeat incidents. We contribute to knowledge base improvements and automation opportunities. We operate with moderate to high independence and handle most issues without guidance. We influence team-level processes and help resolve cross-team issues. We provide guidance and support to Level I engineers. We participate in training and development activities within our Talent Incubator Program.
