Responsibilities
Integrate contact center projects following delivery processes and technical directives; test configurations and integrated developments; perform technical validations and contribute to technical and operational documentation; participate in client evolution and improvement requests; develop and evolve web applications with React/TypeScript (frontend) and Node.js (backend); design and implement integrations with Genesys Cloud using Platform API, Data Actions, SDK, and WebSockets; manage deployments and AWS infrastructure (IaC with CDK/Serverless Framework, Lambda functions, APIs, dev/test/prod environments); monitor production solutions, handle logging, diagnostics, and incident resolution; collaborate with solution architects and project managers; exchange directly with clients when necessary.
