Build and grow long-term relationships with a portfolio of podcast creators and other emerging creator formats. Help new and existing creators make effective use of Spotify for Creators, analytics, audience development tools and monetization programs. Develop creator engagement strategies that support content creation, consumption and audience growth on Spotify. Work closely with business development, marketing, PR, analytics, product and editorial teams to deliver creator initiatives and go-to-market plans. Use platform data and insights to help creators understand content performance, audience behavior and opportunities for growth. Listen to creator feedback, identify common needs and share actionable insights with Spotify's product teams. Develop creator programs, training sessions and community events that help creators learn, connect and grow. Stay close to changes in Mexico's creator landscape, including emerging talent, formats, audience behaviors and industry developments, and turn those insights into opportunities for Spotify.
