Responsibilities
Coordinate the team of analysts responsible for content development by business vertical, distributing demands, prioritizing deliveries, and monitoring deadlines and quality. Define instructional design standards and delivery formats, including in-person, e-learning, and hybrid. Lead the end-to-end content production flow, from scope to delivery, ensuring predictability and good demand management. Ensure the quality of materials and adherence to methodological, brand, accessibility, and compliance standards before publication. Support and train internal multipliers and instructors. Manage knowledge and continuous updates of materials. Monitor the effectiveness of content based on data, using evaluations and indicators to guide improvements. Validate adherence to guidelines defined by the Strategy and Governance front.
