Develop and implement project OCM plans covering stakeholder identification, change impacts, organizational design, communications, workforce readiness, and capability development; Complete change impact analyses and assess stakeholder readiness; Engage operational leaders to build understanding of the case for change; Support the application of the RTIO Management of Change process; Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver targeted change communications; Collaborate with HR and operational leaders on workforce planning and competency requirements; Identify, assess, and manage people and organizational readiness risks; Assess, schedule, and cost capability development activities; Track and report OCM progress and risks; Mentor Operational Readiness practitioners.
