Support practice leaders in growing team engagement and defining people strategy; Run daily people operations and improve tools/processes; Identify and implement people system improvements based on field feedback; Design and manage internal events (dojos, manager/coach training); Ensure culture and values are embedded in daily practices; Coach managers on team management and individual/collective challenges; Prepare key people moments (reviews, departures, career paths, engagement); Partner with Head of People on people initiatives
