Define and execute EMEA GSI strategy including partner segmentation and value creation models; Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders at top-tier GSIs; Establish and own EMEA joint business plans with multi-year revenue targets; Drive EMEA GTM strategy to accelerate pipeline and deal closure; Lead EMEA governance frameworks including executive steering committees and QBRs; Scale partner-enabled revenue through repeatable industry solutions; Sponsor global enablement programs for GSI teams; Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success; Act as a key member of the EMEA GTM leadership team
