Responsibilities
Translate business and HR questions into analytics requirements and technical solutions; Coordinate and guide technical contributors on analytics pipelines and dashboards; Review and validate data models, SQL logic, ETL processes, and dashboard outputs; Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requests related to organizational effectiveness, headcount, productivity, and planning; Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across enterprise systems; Lead or contribute to dashboard development and enhancements in Tableau and SSRS; Provide guidance, coaching, and technical direction to less experienced analysts or developers; Design, review, and optimize SQL Server–based data models and queries; Oversee data integration processes using SSIS and reporting using SSRS; Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for global metrics; Define best practices for documentation, versioning, and data governance; Contribute to analytics roadmap planning and technical prioritization
