Clear Channel Outdoor

Job Summary:

Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) has developed an industry-leading platform (RADAR) that provides data-driven audience insights and measurement for out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable Program Specialist to join the RADAR Data Products team. This is a fast-paced role where the work happens quickly and no two days look the same. The right candidate thrives under pressure and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of the details. You should be equally comfortable digging into the data as you are communicating to a spectrum of technical and non-technical audiences as you help translate client advertising objectives into actionable data solutions that support the end-to-end delivery of RADAR capabilities across a wide portfolio of accounts and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the media landscape (including OOH, search, display, video, connected TV, social), advertising trends, and RADAR Data Platform capabilities (including its user interfaces, data architecture, and measurement methodologies) to better contextualize RADAR’s capabilities for clients and internal teams.

• Lead the complete life cycle of RADAR campaigns to ensure our clients have a strong overall experience with both CCO and RADAR – including, but not limited to, client meetings, submission intake, setup and quality assurance, monitoring and optimization, and reporting and delivery.

• Support discovery sessions and pre-sales meetings with clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product), helping to document advertising objectives and identify relevant RADAR data solutions.

• Monitor campaign performance against key metrics and client KPIs, flagging anomalies, identifying trends, and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders with recommended next steps.

• Perform quality assurance checks on data deliverables and campaign outputs, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Produce custom analyses, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders as needed, capturing key product analytics data points that align with the team’s goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of campaigns and project activity to ensure visibility across the full team in platforms like Jira and Confluence.

• Support vendor relationship management by developing familiarity with partner capabilities and operational workflows.

• Gather and synthesize client feedback in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Research, helping to surface insights that inform capability improvements and drive adoption.

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of technical documentation, training materials, demo assets, and other reusable resources that support team effectiveness.

• Manage assigned project workstreams with attention to detail and follow-through, balancing day-to-day campaign priorities in tandem.

• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, accelerate analysis, and improve the quality and consistency of deliverables, staying current on new capabilities as they evolve.
