Responsibilities
Act as Subject Matter Expert for site-level policies, risk assessments, and operational controls; Provide backup support for cleaning verification and EMP tasks; Allocate and manage QA resources to support production needs; Collect, analyze, and report CTQ metrics; Spend at least 50% of time on the production floor conducting walk-throughs and engaging with QA Techs and Operators; Verify critical tasks including CCPs and Preventive Controls; Lead investigations for process deviations; Review QC records and verification paperwork; Lead training and proficiency assessments for QA Technicians; Conduct SQF internal audits; Review policies/SOPs and create training materials.
