Responsibilities
Develop relationships with prospective students via phone in a high-volume call environment; Connect with prospective students by telephone, email and through online presentations to advise them on Bovard College programs; Use a consultative approach to help guide students through the decision making process; Drive application completion by following up with applicants and admissions coordinators; Achieve performance goals for each term by maintaining targeted conversion metrics at each stage of the admission process on a consistent basis.
