Lead design and configuration of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting solutions; Serve as functional and technical subject matter expert for Workday modules; Conduct complex business analysis to identify gaps and develop future-state solutions; Configure and maintain Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, eligibility rules, organizations, security, and compensation frameworks; Partner with Reporting & Analytics teams to leverage Workday reporting capabilities and dashboards; Support integrations related to Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and downstream systems; Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and manage break/fix activities; Build strong partnerships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Technology, and business leaders.
