Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose performance needs and translate priorities into learning roadmaps; Facilitate high-impact sessions for new hires and existing employees; Lead onboarding and induction programs; Coach other facilitators and subject matter experts; Own key learning programs end-to-end including scope, timelines, and success measures; Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; Build reporting and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making; Mentor and develop other Learning Partners and facilitators.
