Own monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation accounting close processes including journal entry review and reconciliations. Execute cash and equity compensation programs and manage complex compensation arrangements. Oversee global payroll operations and expansion into new jurisdictions. Manage transfer agent reporting and operational execution of capital events. Lead firmwide compensation planning, forecasting, and analytics for executive decision-making. Collaborate with SEC Reporting, Tax, and Legal on quarterly and annual deliverables. Oversee and maintain SOX controls for compensation processes. Lead and develop a global team of approximately 20 professionals.
