Support customer on site platform bring up, configuration, validation, and debug; Execute validation checklists, sanity tests, and first level debug; Assist with SerDes link bring up, training, equalization tuning, and margin checks; Collect, analyze, and correlate logs, registers, and lab measurement data; Act as a technical interface between customers and MediaTek global engineering teams; Perform basic signal integrity measurements using an oscilloscope; Support demos, PoCs, and customer technical discussions; Maintain interface bring up guides, debug checklists, known issues, and FAQs
