Administer and support employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and leave; Assist with annual renewal and open enrollment; Provide benefit orientations and plan change communications; Collaborate with Payroll Manager for contribution processing; Analyze benefits data and workforce trends; Coordinate leave of absence and return to work; Administer short-term/long-term disability and FMLA claim processing; Manage workers compensation claims; Coordinate Occupational Health visits and on-site clinics; Administer and govern 401(k) retirement plan including audits and Form 5500 reporting; Process invoices for benefits plans; Ensure HIPAA, OSHA 300A, and 1095 compliance; Partner with COBRA, FSA, and HSA vendors.
