Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for the Aftersales area; Plan and execute campaigns to increase workshop visits, parts sales, accessories sales, and service contracts; Develop and implement Aftersales pricing strategies for spare parts, accessories, services, and maintenance products; Analyze market, customer, and competitive developments to derive marketing measures; Manage and control the Aftersales marketing budget; Ensure optimal balance between competitiveness, customer value, and profitability; Conduct market, competitive, and margin analyses; Steer price actions, campaigns, and commercial programs in the B2B area; Continuously monitor and optimize relevant pricing KPIs; Manage and support the marketing of service contracts (warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, roadside assistance) for all Astara Group brands; Drive and develop digital connected services in collaboration with respective OEMs; Act as the central point of contact for the fleet department regarding national tenders and inquiries from major accounts in the Aftersales area; Process and coordinate inquiries from dealers and internal specialist departments; Be responsible for the correct calculation of maintenance costs
