Support end-to-end copper electroplating process development to achieve yield and reliability targets; Optimize copper etch processes for fine-line patterning and DBI pre-bond surface preparation; Maintain and optimize wet/dry etch, vacuum/sputter, and metrology tools; Design and develop MEMS devices, schematics, and physical layouts; Assess performance and process capabilities using modeling or simulation software; Test and evaluate devices using various tools and protocols; Analyze and address issues regarding reliability, yield improvement, and failure; Develop production methods and fabrication processes for MEMS; Draft documentation including operating instructions and performance specifications; Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive feedback; Identify program/system-level technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
