Deliver day-to-day service desk support for trading, banking, and enterprise systems; Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, application, and system performance issues; Build, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and VDI environments; Manage user accounts, access control, and system configurations; Perform OS installations, patching, and vulnerability remediation; Support trading floor technologies (turret phones, voice systems, market data platforms); Execute start-of-day and end-of-day operational procedures; Maintain and update Windows and VDI images; Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle; Collaborate with global teams to resolve incidents; Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
