Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop operating systems and related hardware; Manage and deploy software packages, patches, and updates via Microsoft Intune or SCCM; Develop and maintain system images, task sequences, and deployment automation processes; Troubleshoot Level 2/3 desktop support issues including OS, application, and driver problems; Ensure endpoint security through hardening and encryption tools; Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs; Collaborate with security, networking, and systems teams; Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to help desk staff and end users; Act as escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support regarding Windows server support.
